Administration & Project Assistance
TOPDOWN is an internationally operating company in the automotive industry that specializes in the development and production of high-quality vehicle components. To strengthen our team at our branch office in Eisenstadt, we are looking for committed and motivated employees in the area of administration.
Your area of responsibility:
- Support for project management
- Recording, managing and coordinating projects, especially in purchasing and sales
- Correspondence with suppliers and customers
- Schedule coordination and monitoring of freight orders
- Office and administrative activities
- Preparation and follow-up of documents
- Office organization (telephone service, filing and file management)
- Obtaining and processing information and documents
Your qualifications:
- completed vocational training programme
- Commercial training an advantage
- Structured and independent way of working and good organizational skills
- Team spirit and commitment
- Good knowledge of standard office software (spreadsheets, word processing, e-mail, etc.)
- Very good written and spoken German
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Military or community service already completed
- Class B driving license an advantage
