Junior Project Manager
TOPDOWN is an internationally operating company in the automotive industry that specializes in the development and production of high-quality vehicle components. To strengthen our team at our branch office in Eisenstadt, we are looking for committed and motivated employees in the area of administration.
Your area of responsibility:
- Support in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
- Coordination of resources and teams to ensure smooth project operations
- Preparation of reports and presentations
- Risk management and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle
- Close collaboration with internal departments, suppliers, and customers
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Your qualifications:
- Completed education in Plastics Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
- Initial experience in project management is an advantage
- Analytical mindset and strong communication skills
- Team-oriented with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Good knowledge of standard office software (spreadsheets, presentation software, word processing, email, etc.)
- 3D CAD knowledge is considered an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Completed military or civilian service
